As a small business consultant, freelance pharmacist, entrepreneur and best-selling author and writer, Steven has worked with businesses across the world in different sectors for over two decades. He is a proud member of the Association of Business Mentors, the Enterprise Nation, and has been selected by the UK government to join the Help to Grow Scheme where he donates 10 hours of his time free to selected small businesses to help them thrive.

He has delivered talks both virtually and in person for the likes of the Department of Business and Trade / EY, Warwick Business School, The Diversity Business Incubator, the African Investment and Leaders Forum, the EMRC as well as various faith groups and conferences.

Apart from a solid base of theory and research, he has personally lived, wrestled with, and experienced all the topics he speaks about which helps him bring a freshness, authenticity, empathy, and creativity to my audience, as well as an eclectic mix of music, poetry, the arts, and storytelling from his work across three continents.
